We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Area Sales Manager to take a key role in implementing our Rental strategy across the Danish and German markets. In this position, you will represent the company both internally and externally — driving business development, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

This is a great opportunity for a true hunter — someone who thrives on building new business, identifying opportunities, and turning them into profitable partnerships.

Your main responsibilities

  • Implement and drive the company’s Rental strategy in Denmark and Germany.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Represent the company in the market and ensure a professional brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer value.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels throughout the sales process.

Who you are

  • A self-driven and result-oriented sales professional who loves challenges.
  • Strong hunter mindset – energized by creating new business and closing deals.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technical or industrial solutions.
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and in Danish, if you also speak German it is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel regularly within Denmark and Germany.
  • Located around Kolding or south of Kolding would be optimal, but with the right person onboard we believe we can find solutions on other locations as well.
